  • 4/25/11--Home study-Visit # 2
  • 4/26/11--Completed Online International Adoption Education
MAY 2011:
  • 5/5/2011--Home study-Visit #3
  • 5/13/2011--Received Kelly's Passport in the mail!
  • 5/14/2011--Autobiographies and letter to Lesotho...DONE!
  • 5/19/2011--Kelly's Medical Exam
  • 5/24/2011--Jason's Medical Exam
JUNE 2011:
  • 6/1/2011--Paperwork from Doctor received (medicals complete!)
  • 6/7/2011--Application and all paperwork submitted to AFAA
AUGUST 2011:
  • 8/9/2011--Mail Power of Attorney form to AFAA
SEPTEMBER 2011:
  • 9/12/2011--1st half of Lesotho Program Fee mailed to AFAA
NOVEMBER 2011:
  • 11/23/2011--USCIS paperwork went out in the mail
DECEMBER 2011:
  • 12/27/2011--USCIS Fingerprinting in St. Louis
FEBRUARY 2012:
  • 02/02/12--Form I-600A Approval received from USCIS
MAY 2012:
  • 05/24/12--Match meeting in Lesotho (no US families got matched)
